Euganean Hills: from North to South, Monteforche and “il filo’ delle vigne”
Monteforche, located to the north of the Euganean Hills, is on the top of the homonymous mountain. The Filò delle Vigne dominates Monte Cecilia and its vineyards cover its slopes, in the extreme south. Within a few miles, two different landscapes, two different microclimates and two different ways of interpreting the region and its vineyards. 1 pm Tasting lunch at Ristorante Antica Trattoria Ballotta in Torreglia
3 pm Walk in Villa Beatrice d’Este park, admiring the landscape from the top of Monte Gemola
4 pm Arrival at Il Filò delle Vigne Farm in Baone. Tour of the farm and guided wine tasting
6 pm Return to the hotel or prearranged place
