Natural and Palladio
A day in the shade of the Lessini Mountains, at the home of a winemaker who is first and foremost a pioneer in sustainable agriculture. We are in La Biancara, agricultural society of Angie Maule, the creator of Vin Natur, an important association that promotes the natural wine. The best place to continue our tour is Aqua Crua, Barbarano. The kitchen of one of the most popular chefs in the region and the wines of the nearby natural Pialli winery that produces one of the best Tai red wine in this area. Lunch finished we head to admire one of the masterpieces of the sixteenth-century master Andrea Palladio’s Villa Almerico Capra called “La Rotonda” to conclude with an aperitif in the heart of the historic center of Vicenza, the Palladian Basilica.
