Talking about Riesling we can’t forget that this is a very interesting grape to make sparkling wines. Obviously it is not like drinking a Riesling Auslese but it costs half of it and it’s the perfect wine to drink in a hot summer dinner! Sekt!
Non è così immediato pensare al Riesling parlando di vini spumanti a metodo classico. Non è certo come bere un Riesling Auslese ma è un vino dall’ottimo rapporto “valore-felicità” (cit.) ed è perfetto per le cene di queste calde sere d’estate! Sekt!
