The grape juice in the cellar today recorded 26.5 of sugar content. It’s a great result!

SUMMER RED TASTING

  1. Last night we had this delicious culinary experience: Monteforche Red VECCHIE VARIETÀ (ancient grapes varieties) 2013 paired with a local traditional dish: the roast rabbit, my mum recipes. The wine made with ancient local grapes of the Euganean Hills is fruity, fresh with a smooth spicy tannin. An amazing tasting!
