In a nutshell I’ll tell you my life story: the path that has shaped my greatest passions
My name is Mauro Businaro. From the mid-80s, during high school, I started working in bars and restaurants. In October 1998 I started to attend the AIS (Italian Sommelier Association) and I achieved the diploma of Sommelier (1° 2° 3° level) in January 2000. During the last 10 years I have run clubs between Padua and the Euganean Hills, at the same time I have organized food and wine events and wine tasting courses. My job is a work of constant research, because traveling with people in the world of food and wine means enter the land of emotions: passion and competence are essential elements. I am currently increasing my education by studying cultural heritage at the DAMS (Disciplines of arts, music and entertainment) degree course of the University of Padua.
